Lonesome Lake - Fire Light

While not Colorado, this might be as close as it gets in NH. I hiked by headlamp to reach this vantage point for sunrise and was treated to what I thought would be of some great cloud light. Shortly after this image, the light faded, and never came back. The crimson ribbon is only a hint of what may be on another visit. A hard ND filter was placed over the sky and peaks while a 2 stop grad was inverted and placed over the reflection. I was hoping to get everthing right in a single exposure. I used my head lamp to illuminate the foreground shrubs during the long (12 second) exposure.
