I was given permission to be the family photographer that day and to NOT pick berries. Of course, I DID pick berries - and dumped them all into one of the 4-year-olds' bucket. :-)

Oh, I am SO, SO jealous! I used to pick blueberries in Canada every summer - one year I picked 31 lbs myself. I'd make pies and jam. Texas doesn't have wild blueberries and the cultured ones aren't the same.

I envy you, Lou Ann! You must have had a great day in the farm with adorable kids...

You're right, Brad - I did have a wonderful day. But the real joy are the boys themselves. I can't tell you how I wish they were my own kids - my brother and his wife are wonderful parents and their boys are the nicest and most well-behaved sweet boys I can imagine (and remember - I've worked with children for years!) I'm blessed to have them in my life!
