chris_venhaus 49 Posted August 1, 2008 Took this one a couple weeks ago in WA. I think the lone cloud interplay witht he rock is what makes this shot one of my faves from this trip. Your thoughts? Link to comment
rbanfield 0 Posted August 1, 2008 Chris, great freeze. would have loved to see a tad more detail in rock but still, all in all, a great capture...RAY Link to comment
srr 0 Posted August 1, 2008 Even though it is minamilist, it drwas the viewer in. It could be cropped just left of the rock and just above the splash. Link to comment
iancoxleigh 0 Posted August 1, 2008 I love the position of and inclusion of the cloud in the background. The shape of the splash and that cloud really mirror one another and take this image from hum-drum to captivating and engaging. I too might crop about 1/4 of the space in front of the rock. raymondjreimer 0 Posted February 20, 2011 I like this picture a lot (and am partial to B&W of landscapes) but as I look at it my mind wants to study the detail in the solitary rock, to which there is one. That doesn't make it a bad picture, I still like it but I go away feeling like I missed something. Link to comment
