This is a difficult picture with her dark complexion against a bright reflective BG. 1: Use a spot meter and correctly expose her face, that will leave the BG blown out. 2: Reducer the amount of bright BG as much as you can but that will kill the composition and you will have a good head shot. 3: Tweak it in photo editing: I adjusted levels middle triangle to left @1.20, Then adjusted shadows in shadows highlight to 60 point on the right and last step I increased the contrast a bit. I am sure there are other ways to tackle the problem. I am sharing with you that I know. Thanks for sharing. Regards. ifti Link to comment
