Nice Shot, IMHO I would crop the top of the shot from the far shoreline up. I find the background behind the water distracting. By removing the top 1/3 of the photo the street better leads me to the sea and emphasizes the street scene with the great pastels and textures. I have rated it based on that different crop.

I'm a sucker for a good "path picture" and this one qualifies. Beautifully composed, with wonderful Mediterranean colors, it's a very successful photo.
