A very nice capture. The angle of the shot along with the slenderness of the woman gives the shot a mannequin like quality. The subject is situated so well it looks almost planned.

B, this youg lady was a participant in our annual paint-in where streets are closed and thousands gather to view artists at work. It was her hat that caught my attention and the fact she could remain anonymous under it. This is actually a crop from a full length shot. Unfortunately there was alot of paraphenalia on the ground around her so I chose to simplify the image with this crop. Thanks for your interest.

Beautiful photo, Hanna!

 

It is interesting in photography that you can get more by giving less. Because I cannot see her face here, my imagination is prompted.... and I find myself lingering to this image.
