Resplendent Pine Grove

ian cameron

With fields left fallow populated by buttercups and flaming gorse bushes heady with the intoxicating perfume of coconut, summer is most definitely the time to travel the Moray coast. This isolated grove of pine trees near Nairn can be seen from the A96 connecting that Highland town to the recently desinated city of Inverness. Rarely have the trees nestled in such a resplendent setting. NEW!! Photographic Workshops at TRANSIENT LIGHT.

Buttercups and gorse festoon the fields around the Moray coastal town

of Nairn a resplendent summer setting for this isolated pine grove.

I like the photo, certainly. You've captured a beautiful scene.

My only suggestion would be to tone the green grass down a smidge. There is an inherit softness to the scene that (IMHO), would lend itself to a tad less saturation.

Overall, very nice though.
