In some little stables of mountain, in Trentino, it's still possible to find a

countryman who milks his goats and sheeps for getting a wonderful

genuine cheese. If you'll come in this Italy's region, you'll can eat some

very good cheeses and drink with them, I counsel, a very appropriate

wine, the "Traminer Aromatico", try this...insuperable

For the first 6 years of my life I lived on a farm and drank nothing but goats milk. I'm sad we never made cheese and I certainly didn't have any wine :). Great shot. I hope to take you up on your recomendation some day... Sounds good
