I like thats it's a new angle on a subject that get photographed a lot. The motion blur in the tree doesn't bother me I just don't like that it's over top the bridge. A lower angle might have done it.

This is an outstanding photo man. A very unique view of an often photographed subject. I especially like the tonal range here, lots of detail throughout. 7/7 in my books.

I agree Mike, but as I composed lower, I gained a less desirable view of the bridge. I had to compromise a bit.

There is a very nice colour scheme here. I love the purple tones. The light on the facing side of the trees is beautiful and believable.

An aesthetically pleasing and beautiful image with and original view of a classic subject. What more could be wanted?

Very interesting photo Tim... I like the idea, of those natural contrats... The compo is also very good.

Best wishes,

Iker

Very surreal, great colors and i like how the bridge just fades out. I like how you show mans affect on nature.

But the lines (the fence) over the grass is a bit distracting.

Nice shot. Did you shoot this at the golf course out by the Presidio. Very unusual view of the GG and a super one at that. Congrats on a great capture...RAY

No, this was way up on some cliffs. I considered the Presidio, but was already familiar with this location. I shot the evening before, but wasn't happy with the results (wind). This time I worked the scene to my advantage.

Well done and good to see a new angle on this topic. I love long exposure and the motion it adds, best regards.

For a landmark that's been done thousands of times, you captured a one of a kind perspective. Excellent composition. Nicely done, Tim!
