A perfect hazy lazy day. The sky looks pregnant with expectation. I love all the individual layers stack upon each other. The deer or gazelle or ? gives the needed reference to scale which tells me how vast this landscape is. Very nice image.

An Australian sees a kangaroo, but, more than that, there is some beautiful light going on. Spotlighting and mist together is a rare treat where I live.

Jana, yes, I see it... but I like the atmospher of soft light and foggy atmospher, all leads to a very delicate and beautiful scene.

An excellent minimalist capture. As they say, less is more.

Very far from the Kalahari - Jana! (Hope you saw the picture I posted for you on your portfolio)

I think the composition is excellent. And the scale of the small antelope adds to the grandeur of this scene together with the clouds, mist, mountains and sun streak and nice light

thank You all for Your nice comments.

This image is taken on a farm, on the edge of the mountains that seperate Kalahari and Namib deserts and actually very near (15 km) , You can encounter typical Kalahari sandy landscape. TSOATSOA land is my virtulal landscape , that is surreal. TSOATSOA means in the buschman language AT THE BEGINNINGS , for me it symbolizes the beginning and end of time and space or simply said the beginning of all EARTHY stuff and at the same time the end of it. TSOATSOA is also the name of our Phototour company.

cheers Jana

Jana , superb shot ! If I may I find that the dark cloud above takes to much place. I should only maintain the lower part of it, about a quarter, to give your shot even more lightness that goes so good with the delicate tones you have beneaf... Only my perception.... Cheers, Fernand

The subtle streak of light below stormy clouds and the antelope dwarfed by the vast landscape give an excellent composition. Very impressive, Jana. Congratulations! - Lester
