A presto, Antonio

jamie, ciao! you know, i never use the dof prewiew. The pleasure in shooting is to choise by myself, also if mistakes are a lot. But this pic was very easy, becouse i focused on the car window deciding to open a lot, just to have the effect you see. thanks for you visit, i'm happy yoy like this photo

you're lucky, or very experienced, to get it so perfect without using dof preview. actually, i don't think it's possible to really do it by experience, because the blur at a given f-stop depends strongly on exactly how close you are. just a few centimetres closer, and you would get a lot more blur.

Image....Love it! the composition, slight bit of color, crispness, and the annonymous mood of it.

Nice result and post processing, I like the B/W with the hints of colors, I would have liked it in a landscaope form, because the upper part of the square does not add to the composition, cropping a part will brings closer the scene. Of course it is my personal perception ( what do you think?... Nice rainy mood.
