My two girls love to pick blueberries each summer at Granny & Pops

house...I think they eat more than they pick though. Comments and

critiques are appreciated.

Another beauty. Great colors. It is as if the light is tracing a line over head to her hands so she can feed some sun to the berries. The glint in her eye is super. The only thing that I find distracting in the shot is the bush in the foreground...but whaddya' do? It looks unavoidable. It's a super shot Jeff...it's a pleasure to see your work growing in every post.

Thanks Tiffany, your comments/critiques are very valuable to me and much appreciated...I am indeed learning, now if I could just figure out some of the secrets of PS. Oh yeah, and you're right about the limb...I was in the middle of the berry patch with a big hocking zoom lens and unfortunately the limb sorta snuck in the frame. :-) Jeff.

I really love this shot, the lighting, the composition and most important the expression !, you must be very proud to have such an angel.. !, I wonder what happened if the leaves at the foreground is cropped (imho)

J. your daughter is sweet and a good model...;-)) the light is soft and accentuates her innocence of childhood. I like the blurred leaves on the R vs,. these on the L. pity that her hair is a bit washed out , but it can be corrected in PS.

Very nice photo. You have great shots of kids. I really like the highlights in her hair. Looking at this I feel the curiosity of a child.

I really like the mood of this one, too. And her expression is great. I like the idea to have a branch framing the pix as well, but I find this particular branch at right a bit too intrusive, as it hides the hair. All else is fine, I think. Regards.

Please redo the Jpeg conversion or preparation for web. There's some artifacts present, and it's a shame to let something like that hurt such a wonderful capture. (that's why i gave you a 5 for Aesthetics :p)

The intensity of her expression really communicates - that's what makes it for me

 

The leaves in the foreground, I don't think, are a big problem - I think they add to a "Surrounded by Nature" feeling :D
