Wild Flowers and Tree

I love this picture. At first glance I am amazed by the punch of color. The sky is crystal clear. The clouds magically pop out at you. I can almost sense the clouds are made of cotton. I want to reach out and touch them. The vivid blue and white mix of flowers in the meadow are awesome. This image gives me great energy.

Jim - I'm glad you commented on a recent image of mine, so that I could come to your portfolio and discover some really wonderful landscape stuff. This is lovely - the wildflowers are gorgeous ... and the tree by itself really rounds out the composition.

 

One thing to point out to a new-ish photonetter - I highly recommend resizing your shots down to about 800px on the longest size. There are "bad guys" out there who love stealing photos, and if you give them such a wonderfully large version of an image, they can use it for many (unauthorized) purposes. But if you use a smaller file size, you are giving the thieves an image with a resolution that is not usable for any significant purpose. Hope you don't mind my suggestion here.....
