babatunde martins 0 Posted May 14, 2002 I took two photos of this actually. once at 2.8 and another I believe at 5.6 or more. The shallow depth of field is from my choice of composition. Getting into the minimum focus distance allowed me to blur the forground and background and gave me the middle infocus. I may try again one day when I am at that tree. I did not stage this, I saw the branches over an animals whole in a forested area. The tree was quite small so in order to get the composition I liked I needed to get that close. I will post the second photo I took. I didnot blur in photoshop this is just from apature :) Link to comment
