deb1 0 Posted July 2, 2008 Oh what a joy it is to be a photographer and be able to capture the simple, yet significant moments in a young family's life... Your thoughts and suggestions are always welcome. deb Link to comment
suspendedmoments 0 Posted July 2, 2008 Ooook... this is fantastic in so many ways... I love the trees providing a visual tunnel to the subjects The dark iron fence leads us right back to them again... excellent use of perspective. The parents fixed on the child, who is looking directly at the photographer... It's compositionally excellent and has very intersting subject matter What a wonderful sense of security it portrays.. from nature, to family, everything in this image shields the child. I LOVE IT!!!! Link to comment
maddox 0 Posted July 2, 2008 Superb photograph, Debra. The setting is beautiful, the composition is perfect, the tonality & contrast are superb, and the subject is endearing. Outstanding! Link to comment
jhl 0 Posted July 2, 2008 True to the words of Frederick who described most that needs to be said and if I might add it is as if the Trees are actually Protecting them as a Newly Born Family. Warmest Regards from Johanna in SA Link to comment
GerrySiegel 868 Posted July 2, 2008 Reminds me of a shot I made many years ago. Mine was in color and in a more wooded area. This is the kind of image that will survive the years, whether color or B and W. Worth repeating in similar settings. Link to comment
kathyb 34 Posted July 2, 2008 Very nice! I like this one better than the one where you shot from behind them. Link to comment
