Thanks for your comments. The photo was taken at this little girl's sister's wedding. She was sitting next to a window - so I took the photo without fill flash.

Very nice candid moment. The highlights don't bother me at all. There are three things I noticed: a bit of glare reflecting under her left eye, the bright thumb, and her lip touching the tuning peg. While there are lots of little things we can pick at, I think the lighting and composition is strong enough to overcome objections.
