The vantage point is from a stop on the Marin County side of the Golden Gate Bridge. It 's a very convenient spot just over the bridge from San Francisco and provides a very nice and somewhat unusual view of the bridge. The telephoto lens also lends a different perspective to the image. Thanks for asking.

From the thumbnail, I was appreciating the perspective. I agree with you regarding the location on the other side of the bridge.But your telephoto lens has done a good and neat job.
