astrophotography Mercury Transit of the Sun

Mercury passing between the Earth and Sun. A five hour event. Every 10

minutes I made a series of multiple bracketed exposures with a

Takahashi 4-inch refractor and a solar filter. The final images were

composited in Photoshop. The dark colorations near the edges are

massive sunspots. Thanks for viewing!
