I appreciate all the comments. It means alot to me to get feedback from thoughs I admire as fellow photographers. Yes it is HDR. I find myself using it more and more to bring out as much detail as I can. Sometimes it's used subltely and others full blast as in this image. I love the way architecture looks in HDR. In this image I thought I would go for a more graphic look. I think red and blue is oversaturated,but, all in all I achieved the look I was going for. Again Thanks Very Much!

Great HDR effect. I have the trial version of Photomatix but I have not done much practise with it as yet. Recognize Bar Harbor corner - was there mid October last year?
