"Derrick in HDR"

I believe that two exposures provide enough range for a successful HDR. I also believe that a successful HDR will not look like a cartoon. Please take in the Larger view!

This is the winner for me! Something kinda primeval about these pump-jack derricks. When I was a little kid and used to see these scattered all over west Texas on our long (and hot) summer vacation drives, I always thought they were some kind of nightmarish monsters. Very nice job of marrying the natural beauty of the sunset in the Valley with the human influence. I think these are important records of the world around us. Masterful job with the HDR it is not discernable in the slightest. Well done! Cheers! Chris
