leo burkey 0 Posted June 14, 2008 I took this image as the first rays of sunrise began striking the dunes. I have this as a color image and only upon finally working it in B&W did I realize that I almost missed it's full potential. It's seems so much more alive in the B&W. I toned it in Ektalure Cream which to me, with it's slightly warm tone adds more to the feel of the early morning sun striking the dunes. Your comments are always welcome. Link to comment

rbanfield 0 Posted June 16, 2008 Yet another wonderful edition to your folio! I really like checking out your folio and seeing what new additions from our Death Valley shoot you have worked up. This one has wonderful tonal range and some great shadows. Looking forward to getting the "3 Amigos " together in July!...Ray Link to comment

tonmestrom 4 Posted August 17, 2008 although I'm no landscape photographer by any means I do very much enjoy looking at them. Not only because I enjoy looking at great photo's but also because of the way you boys use light. The best ones produce great results that way, as you proved here Link to comment
