I continue to be amazed at your more recent lighting style and/or technique. You've obviously found a formula that works. There's a depth of tonality here that I don't often see in some of your color work. I'm not knocking your color work, but for me, the difference is startling. Perfect contrast here and stunning detail, particularly in her hands.

Jim, I do wonder how I do it myself. I am aware that my b&w conversions are better than the original colour versions. The fact that a b&w master like you notices this is very humbling. The lighting set up is very simple.

 

Owen, The sad thing is Woolfie has more fun than all of us although I do think he looks a little apprehensive in this shot.

What musculature, Juxtaposed against the furry doll it's amazing... She looks like she could hurt you... Yes, great light and skin tone... Bravo David!

Raymond, A good observation. Maybe that is why Woolfie looks so apprehensive.

 

Chan, Indeed this lady does enjoy pole dancing. Certainly more than Woolfie.
