what's this bird?

Looks like a warbling vireo (vireo melodieux) to me. If that's the case the song should be pretty similar to that of the purple finch... I've seen a lot of them in the spring but they certainly don't come to my backyard! You've got good detail here, they usually perch too high to get a good shot and they're pretty small birds. Cropping's a bit tight for my taste but then I've never won any award for composition...
