submarine paddling

I'd say he's in trouble without a helmet and PFD and being that close to the wall. Ok, that's a critique of the paddler not the photo. It looks as though you could have stopped down a little to bring out more detail in the water. The water in the foreground is in razor sharp focus and the paddler's face is just out of focus and the water behind him has little detail. I've experimented with depth of field in taking kayak pics and like to have the paddler and water in sharp focus and have the background out of focus to put emphasis on the paddler. As the background is interesting here, I think I would have shot at an F number to bring out the background.
