Solo lumina

Lit with a single oil lamp... this was a 45 second exposure.. not 1/45,

but 45 loooong seconds. I love the results, was after something

painterly? Please give your opinions... thanks

This is very well done, the face is well lit, just enough to see what we want, not much of the feet, but that's fine. I usually mess up long exposures...

I like pictures like this that have a story to tell. This is perhaps too dark in the shadows, because I'd love to see details around her to make this story more complete, but to make a scene like this believable is a very nice challenge with a great reward: she'll have a story and she'll be truly alive... May I suggest you try more shots like this one...? Cheers.
