I think the biggest problem with the photo is that it is fuzzy. Either the motion or the focus....I cannot tell which The people who rated you should have told you this.

I have Canon PowerShotA460 Camera and this was shot in the move.. the problem with model is that she is so fast going everywhere - you can't catch her.. and this was some of her slow motion going.. so I had to shoot it like this.. and also I love a little bit of fuzziness that shows movement.
