ricardovaste 0 Posted May 30, 2008 Its either over sharpened or heavily cropped...? The resolution & tonal range seems very poor. What did you use to photograph it? Saying that you have captured the moment very well. I have tried so many times to get a bee in flight like this and failed... you have actually stopped the motion very well... its just the above ^ that lets it down a bit. Rich Link to comment
irsteve 0 Posted May 30, 2008 Thanks for your interest - I have to agree this could be better ... It was my first ever attempt at such a subject ( I usually shoot landscapes) and I think the problem is mainly due to excessive cropping from the original image which was about 10x larger. Tech dets :- Canon 30d with 70 -300mm IS USM lens : f 5.6 : 1/8000 sec @ iso 1000 Link to comment
