lonebearimages 0 Posted May 23, 2008 Vintage Ghost Ranch country; Georgia O'Keefe would be proud of you and the sky that you captured. This has a real 1930s postcard feel to it. Well done; and a truly 'enchanting' photograph from the Land of Enchantment. Cheers! Chris Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 258 Posted May 23, 2008 Maybe too much clouds for my taste but it is only my personal attitude and we mustn't allow our personal unexplainable attitudes to lead us in estimating and rating pictures! PDE Link to comment

stp 6 Posted May 23, 2008 Pierre makes a very good point. Personally, I like the emphasis given to the clouds, but on the other hand I'd like to see more contrast in the ground. It's a wonderful composition, so I'll just offer my own opinion about the contrast to give you an alternative to consider. IMO, that's one of the best aspects of PN, one that has helped me on a number of my own images. Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted May 24, 2008 I like this last series - the sky is wonderful and makes the shot(s), imo. Makes me ready to be on the road again - we leave in July for a Canada trip. My youngest son is getting married. We only cut across a small corner of NM, but this scenery is similar to what we'll see in W Texas and Utah. Link to comment
