I was waiting for them to finish up the service on my car (not the one shown). I should indicate that I was subject to no inducement from the maker of any product advertised in this photograph.

Thanks for taking a look, Geertje! Yes, they do very good work--and very reasonably: their "Customer Reception Area" is more or less a broom closet and the "Waiting Room" is the great outdoors. And there's nobody left who remembers who Fred was (if, in fact, there every was one.)
