My favorite thing about this portrait is the wonderful B&W tones and textures. Great use of natural lighting and your model's pose and expression are very nice. There are a few elements though that are a bit distracting....first the construction ladder and pipe compete for my attention, and second your model's dress is out of focus at the bottom.
