Face to face with a lion I have to admit, this photo did not originate from the wilderness and was not taken under threat of life, rather in a zoo in middle Europe and luckily with safety glass between me and this guy -I hope you like it despite it's mundane origin.
BTW: I used highpass-sharpening with a wide radius to achieve a higher local contrast - the original looked quite flat due to light situation. And I brightened up the eyes a little.
