Cades Cove in the Great Smokey Mts

I love Cades Cove in the Smokies. There always seems to be some mist

in morning that adds a little bit of mood to the image.

So nice. Great composition of light and tones, I think the prominent sky adds a depth to this already beautiful image. Regards M

I would suggest that you zoom in and crop down on the sky. This would further emphasize the size of the tree. There would then be two themes of conflict, both implied. The first would be the solitary tree against the wide sky. The second would be the horizontal layout against the verticality of the tree.

I disagree. This is great the way it is. Michelle's suggestions would probably result in another good, but different, photo. I like your take on it.
