why do you think Sam don't like this? we will wait and see if he makes a come back and fills in the blanks! I agree with Sam I don't like it. I think it looks unhealthy, like she is sick, this is not a way I would like to be remembered or remember someone.

This is just a girl holding her breath plus a title. Then, it does lead to a death evokation. What's wrong with that ? Are we bound to always present beauty in the accepted forms ?

That is a YES, why would you want to show people a dark side! I think it is like drinking O'Dooles (non-alcohol beer) you get in fake bar fights! This just looks like the Dark side of life. she might be really pretty, but you don't want me to see that, why!

Because, John, phto is not meant to show just pretty things. It can, of course, it is good when it does, but it can also underline the darker aspects which are just as interesting and usaully raise deeper echoes...

You make a good point, deeper echoes. There is a world of darkness and it does get attention, Marilyn Manson, OZZY, NIN. Market opportunites. On the other hand not eveyrone likes seeing darkside things, they are associated with evil, something I would like and try to stay away from! there is nothing worse than true evil!

art is supposed to envoke emotion. so I respect the art in this. i love the creativity and the unique-ness...

A very controversial image, the comments attest to that, but a darn fine image nonetheless. It is very creative and very daring. If no one had the stones to pursue anything different, mankind would still be living in caves. Good idea, francois. Good concept. Nicely executed. Kudos to you!
