Only the front plan flowers may lead to a supposition that the picture was manipulated, nothing else! And maybe it wasn't manipulated at all. Maybe it is fill in flash and long exposure as the available light requires?! However, very good landscape, very moody atmosphere!

Thank you Pierre. There is nor manipulation nor flash. The dandelions in the foreground are lighted by the low angled light. I have another shot taken some seconds or minutes after with a larger angle lens here.
