Guest Guest Posted November 14, 2008 I love this, Robie, not only for the light, but for the young lady's strong profile. I also like the placement of her right hand. It's position, along with her expression could indicate that even though she may be looking out a window, she's not really concentrating on what she's seeing, but is, instead, deep in thought. I haven't looked at all the "details" in all your photos regarding the type of film you use most of the time, although I do see you used T-Max 400 for this one. I'd really like to see you do some work with Tri-X. Again, I love this shot. Link to comment
robiek 0 Posted November 22, 2008 Dear Jim, Thank you for your comment. I'm very happy with how the profile was framed and lighted trough the almost 100 year old glass window. And indeed I only use TMAX 400 film with my P67 II ...this is the way of making it easy for myself with very few variables. Recently I've been trying my hand at digitally capturing images. There's a folder showing those trials. My idea is to be as ascetic as with film and with no other post production than converting the 1DsMkII RAW file into monochrome TIF or JPG. Cheers, Robie Link to comment
