paolo de faveri 1 Posted May 4, 2008 Hello everyone, this is a view of the Valle Stretta - literally, Narrow Valley - one of the best alpine environment I know. It's a wonderful, flat valley, crossed by several small streams, and dominated from its top by the amazing mountain known as Grand Seru. I took this picture yesterday afternoon, around a hour before sunset. This is a stitch of three vertical frames. Because of the many, small details this picture features, it is much better if viewed larger. Your C&C are highly appreciated, thanks for your time. http://www.paolodefaveri.com Link to comment
eugenio_pastor_benjumeda 0 Posted May 4, 2008 It is for me an excellent image, full of details and very well worked. I love Alpes; in fact, I climbed two 4000 (Gran Paradiso and Piramide Vicent, in the Monte Rosa). I only can congrat you because I think you have been able to get the beauty of that place, something difficult, sure. Best regards from Eugenio. Link to comment
whydangle 0 Posted May 6, 2008 Hi Paolo. Great image for sure. The detail in the foreground creates that 3-D feeling. This is compositionally sound and the majestic quality of the mountain is conveyed. You really have bagged a good one my friend!! The only minor observation I have, not an obvious one, is that the sky in the center frame is slightly darker than the outer frames. Easy fix no doubt. I like this alot! Link to comment
