davidmccracken 2 Posted May 4, 2008 Sometimes 'Woolfie' would let his animal instincts show. Just a bit of fun. Feedback appreciated. Link to comment
yann1 0 Posted May 4, 2008 You're a bad boy David... that's probably why I like your style, Bravo. Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 286 Posted May 4, 2008 I think the choice of the wolf isn't the best, the light parts of it take too much attention. PDE Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted May 4, 2008 I think I've said this before...recently...but I'll say it again. You seem to have found the optimum lighting setup or whatever it is that makes your b&w work really pop. The detail in the white parts of Woolfie's fur is really really good. And a bit of fun...yes. The photo succeeds in making me smile. I suspect that you and the young lady had as much fun setting this up as Woolfie had in posing for it. I am becoming jealous of Woolfie. Oh, the tales (no pun intended) he could tell... Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted May 4, 2008 interesting approach with mixed feelings from left to right...love it! Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted May 5, 2008 Meir, It is fun. Without Woolfie it would not be. Yann, I used to be badder! Thanks for stopping by. Charles, I am glad. Thank you. Pierre, I guess I see your point but I always seem to be looking at the model's bottom. Jim, I am not 100% happy with the lighting in this one although I am glad you notice the detail in the white. As for the bottom... there was no model available and I had to use mine... you do believe me don't you? Constantin, I would love to hear your mixed feelings. Bob, Glad it made you smile. Thanks everyone. I was hoping for a few comments on this. I got more than I bargained for. It is appreciated. Link to comment

broken roads studios 0 Posted May 6, 2008 I hope Wolfie's nose wasn't cold. Your tush, heh David? Love to have the name of your personal trainer! As always, gave me a smile! Funny. Clever. And well shot. Glenwood Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted May 7, 2008 Nikolai, I don't know what you are trying to say. Glenwood, If this made you smile then I was successful in what I was setting out to do. Thanks a lot. Meir, I am not sure I get what you are trying to say to Nikolai (or me.) Link to comment
corkman 0 Posted May 7, 2008 Love it. But my dog Bob loves it even more, although he was a little put off that you didn't use a live model, and wanted you to know that he's available if you should decide to go that way. Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted May 8, 2008 Thanks a lot William.... or should I thank Bob more? I don't know how to break the news to you... 'Woolfie' is a wolf and not a dog although I believe them to be similar. Seriously! Thanks for the smile your comment gave me. It is appreciated. Link to comment
daved1 1 Posted May 8, 2008 It's nice to step back and just have a bit of humor sometimes. Smile attempted....Smile obtained. Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted May 9, 2008 Thanks Dave. If this made you smile then that would lead me to believe this image is a success. Making people smile was what I was setting out to do. Link to comment
victor r 0 Posted May 17, 2008 I just wanted to say that your 'Woolfie' takes a Sniff. Period. Oh, yes, and I think you have overrated your picture calling it "art". ) No hard feelings. ) Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted May 17, 2008 fotodziadek, Thanks! The idea was to make you laugh. It worked. I am happy. Nikolai, I didn't call it art... where did you get the impression that I did? That said, I am aware that it's a good picture. It's not a problem for me if you don't like it but please do not put words into my mouth. Link to comment
