I agree. It's a great POV you've got here and it works well. I have my doubts about that black sky though and the tonality in the upper half.

definite wow factor on the composition, but the tones in the city and the sky are really not convincing to me, what is going on there....?

well.. i think is better to explain. i agree about the tones of the top of the town, i loosed dark greys and blacks, but the light was difficult and i was not able do do better as exposition. about the black sky.... well when i saw the for black dressed people walking (you dont find they seems soldiers?), I thought at the very new political condition in rome. and for me this pic is the hope that the sun in rome will be stronger than the black that is covering my town. stupid? maybe.... but is only a photo

Bella foto Andrea come e' tuo solito,anch'io sono rimasto perplesso per il cielo nero na poi ho letto la tua spiegazione...Allora ne posso approfittare anch'io per i miei BN dato che sono negato per i cieli convertiti!...posso approfittare per tutto il mandato....salutoni(PS non riesco a vedere le tue foto mail salvate..Boh!!!)

I love the composition and I really don't have any issues with the black sky, I think it balances the photo well with the four figures in the foreground. I would like to see a bit more tonal depth in the city, but I understand to that you don't want to distract to much from the four men...........all in all, I like it!
