mdineen 0 Posted April 29, 2008 excellent. i've always thought it's no wonder people are angry and lost. they just get piled higher and tighter and then are expected to know who they are. Link to comment

jcpopper 0 Posted April 30, 2008 Wonderful! I love the colors and composition and treatment. I agree with Mary's point, but I also appreciate the numerous ways people find to make such spaces into expressions of themselves. You've captured that as well. Warm regards... Link to comment

thadley 14 Posted April 30, 2008 You do have an eye for design and color - wonderful. I am attracted immediately to the form and color - the varied color of the stone wall turns this into a painting. True also about the people aspect. Regards Link to comment

timkeller 0 Posted May 5, 2008 I like the colors and geometry, El. Malvina Reynolds wrote a song 50 years ago called "Little Boxes" about the American suburbs: people living in this picture seem to be even more boxed. I grew up in suburbs and city; I've chosen to live in the far remote rural landscape, where space is forever. Thanks for the picture. Link to comment
A presto. elportebonheur 0 Posted May 9, 2008 Thank you both of you for visiting and your comprehensive comment which I read with much attention. To Shawn - I have not exactly understood what you mean with 'my view'.. To Tim - You have chosen for the more rural live, lucky you - what you see here is the exact oposite. People left the country side because of employment possibilities in the Capital - and consequently they had to stay somewhere, in those prefab-boxes...( Sorry, I forgot for a moment that this is a photo site) Thanks again, warm regards, El Link to comment
katzpjs 50 Posted May 9, 2008 MY VIEW: If I were looking out my window or balcony I would want to see something much different than this. I hope that helps. Link to comment
