I was moving quickly when I came into your page and was about to click out to another when I did a double take on this shot. Seeing it at this size, I'm still doing double takes. Weirdly seductive, I've about decided that I love it. I'm partial to images that straddle either side of the line between representation and abstraction. The reds in this are really great and different. The cleavage on the right could be almost human; much of the other red is faded (attractively, I think). Finally, the three-dimensional bottles reach toward me, different but muted in color, those five mouths, five circles. I find it fascinating. Well-seen!

Thanks LInda and Tim! I took this image about 3 years ago, and for some reason it is one that I continue to look at and ponder. Tim, I think you are right, there is something mildly seductive and sexual about it. I think that combined with the various lines and shapes it begs to be examined at a deeper level. I view it and get a 3d impression, and sometimes would like to turn it on its side or even rearrange the bottles. Like I said, I cant be terribly specific but it always leaves me wanting more when I view it.

The thumbnail definitely caught my attention with its striking colours & the 'from the top' perspective. I was just wondering whether a square crop works better?

Thanks everyone for the comments, and Cherlyn I really, really considererd that, but when I tried it, I would lose some of the sensual type curves that are apparent in the image. Thanks so much for the suggestion and I am always so happy to hear from all of you. Regards....LJ

This really caught my eye too, Lesa. I love to see different perspectives on things, and this top view really works!
