And now for something completely different. I have never done any studio photography. But I have gotten involved with a photography group in the Buffalo area that does some studio shooting with models. Talk about an exponential learning curve! I have photos of several models that I will upload eventually.

 

I will greatly appreciate any critiques, especially with any technical pointers. I found that I had a good time shooting the models and want to do so again eventually. Feel free to be REALLY constructive!!

I'd crop this just above her belly button since it's not all there in the shot and is distracting me. Pretty good control of the whites; nothing much is blown out and there is detail in the shadows.

Nice balance of tones, difficult with that white wrap. The colors are really nice.

Never show half a belly button, it must be all or nothing. I'd like a little more room on the right and above, as is the crop it a bit too tight. Otherwise you and she did a very good job!
