aepelbacher 0 Posted April 28, 2008 And now for something completely different. I have never done any studio photography. But I have gotten involved with a photography group in the Buffalo area that does some studio shooting with models. Talk about an exponential learning curve! I have photos of several models that I will upload eventually. I will greatly appreciate any critiques, especially with any technical pointers. I found that I had a good time shooting the models and want to do so again eventually. Feel free to be REALLY constructive!! Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted April 28, 2008 I don't like seeing the texture of the background and flooring - I think it would be worth playing around in PS to darken it considerably. It doesn't take a whole lot to distract me, though. :) Link to comment

gordon_logue 0 Posted April 28, 2008 I think I might clone out that little tattoo. It looks like a little bug crawling around. Nice. Link to comment
lesa jones 0 Posted April 30, 2008 (Now do keep in mind, that I have never done studio work such as this before either) I agree with Kim, the backgound is a little bit distracting, and I wouldn't worry about the tat'. Obviously the model wanted it to show, and even appears to deliberately show it off. I think for it is excellent work. I think the lighting is great and you captured a wonderful mood and expression.
