philgoble 0 Posted April 21, 2008 Taken at Theordore Roosevelt NP, the wind was blowing about 40mph before sunrise. After scouting compositions I actually got down behind the rock on the right side of this picture to block the wind as the temperature was colder than one would think in July. Thanks for looking.
