jtovey375 0 Posted January 13, 2009 very nice in the alienated-urbanites-in-geometric-cut-out-city-landsape genre. but as is the case with these photos based on strict balance, any imbalance looms large, and the figure on the far right detracts. Link to comment
katinkagoffin 0 Posted January 14, 2009 Some of the lines of the opera are interesting, but this particular picture doesn't do the opera any justice (jeg har sett den selv). The angle of the photo isn't captivating and, quite honestly, I think the picture is pretty dull. But I also think that there is a lot of potential when it comes to the opera. I didn't mean to be so harsh, but that's just what I thought when I initially saw it. Anyway, happy photographing! Link to comment
mark_q 0 Posted September 10, 2010 Better late than never... I have been looking at this easy favorite among these Oslo Opera photos few times and now your recent upload made me to fullfill my duty.I can sense very carefull composing, may it be framing or cropping, and enjoy the placement of these people including the smart shadow bottom right. Those two men walking in unison and creating a "M" made me smile. Indeed, this photo should deserve more attention. Bravo. Link to comment
