Although one of the wonderful things about butterflies (and their favorite surroundings) is the COLOR, I decided to try a couple of the shots in B&W. Your thoughts?

i think this one works better than the other black and white. the background is less distracting here, and i love the sharpness of the penta flowers.

I think this may be my favorite of your butterflies, which are all lovely, by the way. This is just so unusual....brilliant of you to shoot it this way. And I would never even have thought to try black and white, which I think is what makes this so effective. Now I'll rate your favorite one.
