RED THE COLOR OF PASSION... Seems to me though no matter what color of light you shoot in...passion is present. I have been awe... as many others with your dance images...I was wondering if you use a noise software and if so witch one? Your images dance across my screen....Thanks, juan

Juan and Tina, thanks for your nice feedback.

Juan,I photo in RAW and CS3. In RAW post processing you can reduce noise, working with dance groups while on stage I use a high ISO and underexposure, because of the strong lights on the dancers, so I do reduce noise in that way. I have found my way after " trial and error"....

Very fine, Pnina. The clarity of the shawl, the slight blur of the dancer in motion, the musicians lit dramatically against the dark background. Excellent depiction of the mood created by stage lighting -- and by the performance itself. Warm regards...

Hello my friend

Beautiful shot

Great mood

I liked to see model in goledn spots.(right side).Wasn't it better if people in farground weren't shown and erased in P.S?

Regards

Pnina, she seem to execute various formal moves with the goal of appearing graceful and confident, while masterful over the bullfight dance itself. :0) Shalom.

The shawl's details are beautiful. The pose is seductive and this reminds me of the bullfighter holding the red mantle to attract the bull.

I love the cast of figures lined up in the back, silently watching and giving assent to the performance.

All of you. Yes, it reminds the bullfighter holding the red cloth, I think that the dance is a cultural impact from the bullfight.... Both are very energetic and full with rhythm and colors.

Jeff, I liked as well the line of musicians and singers behind the dancer.

With Jeff, I like the line of onlookers sitting behind the dancer. The illuminated face, seen as almost a mask, is crucial in holding down the left flank of the picture.

Very nice light, Pnina. Those mysterious background faces pull us past the dancer into the image and keep us there. Well done!
