With friends and other supporters looking on, a young anti-Vietnam war

protester burns his military draft induction notice outside the U.S.

Federal Building in Philadelphia in 1967. Such open acts of resistance

were invariably met with arrest and imprisonment. Comments and

critiques are always welcomed. Thanks...Bill

The contrast is fine.

 

He looks so Boy Scout, and certainly doesn't fit the 'profile' of a war protestor. The young woman with him looks understandably tense.

 

Excellent capture.
