Beautiful colours. A little fill flash might have added some detail to the rocks.

I think this lies in-between two potentially great captures of this scene. If you'd opted for a faster shutter speed, it would have stopped those foam blobs floating on that receding wave, which would have held my eye. If you'd opted for a much slower shutter speed, it would've given the receding wave and the incoming wave an ethereal, milky quality, which again would've really held my eye. As it is, this seems to be somewhere in between. If I ignore the ocean, and concentrate on the sky however, this shot becomes really spectacular. I love the texture and color in the clouds.
