ldavidson 4 Posted April 11, 2008 I love your entire flower series Jana. This one is so lovely. It feels like everything sunny and wonderful on a warm spring day. Your effect is delightful. Will you share your technique? I would have given this a 7/7 just because it makes me feel so happy looking at it. Warm regards. Link to comment
jana 1 Posted April 11, 2008 Linda, Thank You very much. I write the technique always in the DETAIL section. This image was taken last week in the NARCIS field in the Dutch garden Keukenhof. I was there early, I put my Nikon D200 on 100 ISO (Smallest), put the exposure compensation on +1,5 EV, put my lense to the smallest aperture (biggest number) - all in order to get as little light as possible - only then I can do effectively PANNING in the camera. I made ca 6 shots, this one worked the best. The dynamics is created by diagonal pan, I think the software cannot do such a natural and perfect panning effect. thanks again, Jana p.s. I borrowed Your idea for the title... Link to comment
jana 1 Posted April 11, 2008 This image was made in camera using PANNING, cheers Jana Link to comment
jcpopper 0 Posted April 11, 2008 Wonderful color and effect. And a fine explanation of how you made the image. I agree that this in-camera technique produces far better results than ps. Warm regards... Link to comment

godfather 0 Posted April 12, 2008 I do appreciate your style also very much because i now that you can get this kind of results directly from the camera. Even though i can't focus on anything particular here i like it, maybe mostly just because that. Sometimes it is fun to view images that don't give stress that what should i be looking. The pale colours are again great on this. Link to comment
