Classic Bressonian shot. It's a shame you can't see the faces because you know that kid has a big grin on his face.

You can't see the faces because father and soon looking for something. This is a reason (in my opinion), why this photo is interesting. This is a reason why I made this picture. Regards.

Oskar, you are absolutely right. The fact that Carter and his father are looking in the same direction turned away from your camera is the best possible choice and the very reason I like it. It adds interest while otherwise it would have been just a plain shot. The different directions between fore- and background adds even more to that. Nice b&w btw. Good work man

The timing is just right,the way both the father and the baby are looking on their right makes this image interesting .
